The School of Mechanical Science and Engineering (MSE), Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China are recruiting faculty members at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor and Lecturer in various areas as described in the attached document.

一、申請(qǐng)條件

Application Requirements

1.應(yīng)聘教職者應(yīng)具有海內(nèi)外一流大學(xué)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)的博士學(xué)位，且具有2年以上博士后流動(dòng)站(工作站)，優(yōu)秀者可另行考慮;

1.A PhD degree from an internationally top-ranked university, and at least two years of post-doctoral research experience.

2.應(yīng)聘教職者擬聘崗位(教授/副教授/講師)將根據(jù)個(gè)人實(shí)際情況和學(xué)校相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行確定，并報(bào)學(xué)校審批。

2.The rank of Professor, Associate Professor, or Lecturer will be decided in accordance with the applicant’s personal profile of and the university regulations, and needs to be approved by the university.

3.符合條件的優(yōu)秀學(xué)者可將簡(jiǎn)歷發(fā)送至學(xué)院人才干事田老師(Email: tianchang2022@hust.edu.cn)。如有疑問也可郵件聯(lián)系進(jìn)行咨詢。

二、崗位職責(zé)

Position Duties

1.在擬聘崗位方向上取得標(biāo)志性重要成果，參與學(xué)科建設(shè)、提升學(xué)科影響力;

1.Making remarkable academic achievements in the related field, participating in academic program developments to improve the reputation and impact of HUST-MSE

2.負(fù)責(zé)/參與打造本科生/研究生精品課程;

2.Taking charge of/participating in the development of high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses

3.完成規(guī)定的教學(xué)任務(wù)和科研工作量;

3.Fulfilling required tasks of teaching and research

4.指導(dǎo)一定數(shù)量的本科生和研究生;

4.Supervising undergraduate and graduate students as required by the School

5.參與其他公共事務(wù)管理服務(wù)等。

5.Engaging in other public services

華中科技大學(xué)是國(guó)家教育部直屬重點(diǎn)綜合性大學(xué)，是國(guó)家“211工程”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)和“985工程”建設(shè)高校之一，是首批“雙一流”建設(shè)高校。學(xué)校學(xué)科齊全、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，基本構(gòu)建起綜合性、研究型大學(xué)的學(xué)科體系。擁有哲學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法學(xué)、教育學(xué)、文學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)等10大學(xué)科門類。

Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) is a comprehensive research university located in Wuhan, China under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Education. As one of the largest and the most prestigious schools of HUST, the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering (MSE) attracts a large number of renowned experts and scholars in the field of mechanical manufacturing both at home and abroad, forming its distinctive discipline advantages. MSE now has 7 departments, and among its over 230 faculties, there are 6 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering, 1 Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, over 60 faculties with state-level talent titles and 30 with provincial-level titles. It has 8 state-level research platforms, 1 NSFC innovation group, 2 national teaching groups and 2 innovation group of Ministry of Education.

近十年來，學(xué)院承擔(dān)并完成的國(guó)家和企業(yè)科研項(xiàng)目千余項(xiàng)，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)連續(xù)保持華中科技大學(xué)前茅;先后獲得國(guó)家科技獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家級(jí)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家優(yōu)秀教材獎(jiǎng)等共50余項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)科技獎(jiǎng)共100余項(xiàng);獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利、實(shí)用新型專利達(dá)1000余項(xiàng);有9門課程被評(píng)為國(guó)家級(jí)精品課程。2012年，機(jī)械工程一級(jí)學(xué)科在全國(guó)第三輪學(xué)科評(píng)估中并列第一;2016年，第四輪學(xué)科評(píng)估中獲評(píng)A+。此外，智能制造裝備與技術(shù)全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室于2013年、2018年被連續(xù)評(píng)估為優(yōu)秀類國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。

Over the past 10 years, MSE has undertaken more than 1000 scientific research projects for the nation and enterprises, with its scientific research funds ranked among the top of all HUST schools. MSE has won over 50 national-level prizes for scientific research, teaching and excellent textbooks, etc., and more than 100 provincial-level prizes for science and technology. It has been granted over 1000 national invention patents and utility model patents, and its 9 courses were selected as national excellent courses. In 2012, MSE first-level discipline “Mechanical Engineering” tied for the first place in the third round discipline evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education. In 2016, it ranked A+ in the fourth round discipline evaluation nationwide. What’s more, the State Key Lab of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment and Technology were consecutively evaluated as “Excellent” in the 2013 and 2018 State Key Laboratories Evaluation.
